Women's Supervision Solutions was created to address the need for professional support and growth for women.

With over two decades of psychological expertise, I am transitioning to a new career path by pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision.

I bring extensive experience in providing individual supervision and management support across various sectors, including government, NGOs, health, occupational rehabilitation, pastoral care, business, and the resource sectors. This diverse background allows me to offer a well-rounded approach that empowers women to grow and thrive in their chosen professions.

Professional Supervision

Cross-Professional Supervision encompasses a supervisory relationship that bridges different professions, disciplines, and approaches. The Supervisor uses their proficiency in the Supervision field to guide learning, foster change, and drive transformation.

Professional Supervision can play an important role for employees of the Christian faith who are facing secular and ethical dilemmas that conflict with their faith values.

Coaching

 

Coaching is centered on supporting both personal and professional growth.

It is typically goal-oriented and may address areas for improvement, future career aspirations, or maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

While coaching can be provided in a supervisory context, this distinction will be clearly defined.

Group Supervision

 

Group supervision is particularly beneficial in professions that are emotionally and mentally challenging. It provides a space for participants to discuss the obstacles they face in their roles, exchange best practices, and gain new perspectives from colleagues. This approach helps alleviate isolation, reduce burnout, and fosters continuous development and enhancement of professional skills.
